This is an exciting role offering an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop their management, administrative and customer relationship skills supporting the running of a busy Business Centre in Sunderland. You will be required to provide a wide-ranging set of services as part of the role including financial administration, customer support, maintenance coordination, sales, reporting and problem solving.
You will be based at Evolve Business Centre (DH4 5QY) but will from time to time, be expected to support colleagues at any one of the Sunderland City Council Business Centres, Evolve Business Centre, Washington Business Centre and Sunderland Software Centre. Evolve is home to a large number of growing businesses and the role requires the highest standards of facilities and building management to ensure that the Business Centres meet customer expectations.
