Working Pattern (Two Week Rota):
Week 1:
Monday 10.15 am – 6.15 pm
Saturday and Sunday 9.45 am – 4.15 pm
Week 2:
Monday 10.15 am – 6.15 pm
Thursday and Friday 8.45 am – 4.45 pm
To work within South Tyneside’s Visitor Information Centre/the Shop @ The Word, offering the highest possible standards of customer care, advice and information to residents of and visitors to the Borough.
A key emphasis of this role is on the retail element of the centre, selling a wide range of items to members of the public. You will be required to work the hours detailed above however this may be subject to change so some flexibility is required (i.e. to cover holidays, sickness).
