You will work in a busy and creative Quality Assurance and Improvement Team working across children’s services in South Tyneside. This role supports “line of sight” assurance for the Director of Children’s Services and leaders across the South Tyneside Safeguarding Partnership through the provision of a high quality coordinating, records management and reporting service.
You will manage a programme of leadership and assurance meetings and events focussing on Children’s Services, working closely with QA and Improvement colleagues to deliver a robust assurance calendar and track improvement activity and impact. You’ll be well organised with good attention to detail as well as developing good working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
This post will support the Director of Children’s Services to prepare for regulatory and statutory inspection and provide briefings, analysis and reports to fulfil assurance and governance requirements.
