We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advocates to join the Council’s Customer Service Network.
The successful candidates will be part of a busy Customer Service Team responsible for providing a first class service to our customers. You must demonstrate that you are willing to be flexible, will support colleagues and strive to deliver a service to be proud of. In exchange, you’ll have lots of opportunity to develop and receive support and encouragement from those around you.
To be successful you will need to have the communication skills to relate to different people from across the community, presenting a positive, helpful approach and be comfortable working with new technology.
