Behaviour Support Lead: Reflection Room
37 hours Term Time Only + 5 days
Grade I SCP 19-22, actual salary - £21,917 - £23,259

Laurence Jackson School is seeking to recruit an experienced behaviour specialist to lead and manage our internal exclusion and room removal area, ‘Reflection’ and to play a key role within our on call behaviour support team. Key aspects of the role will involve maintaining good behaviour within the provision, managing referrals, monitoring trends with referrals and on calls and intervening with students to reduce referrals to support improved behaviour in school.

We are part of a dynamic and supportive MAT, the Vision Academy Learning Trust, which was established in 2016 and currently consists of three secondary schools, of which one is a teaching school, and five primary schools.
