The Learning and Development Team are looking to recruit a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner. The role will sit within a small but diverse Learning and Development team. Just some of the priorities for this role will include, the development and delivery of our employee led culture change programme, growing and delivering our Sunderland Leadership Programme, supporting the best induction experience and working with leaders and service areas to offer bespoke Organisational Development support, advice and activity.
