37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days as directed by the school.

The post is fixed term and will start on the 1st September 2021 and will end at the end of the Summer Term 2022

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent skills, committed to working alongside a supportive team to continue to raise standards and levels of achievement.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of a range of strategies to support children with SEND.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in speech and language strategies and those that have proven skills and knowledge in this specialised area.

It is essential that applicants hold Literacy and Numeracy skills, the equivalent of NVQ Level 3 or have extensive experience of working with children with SEN.
Candidates must be confident and be able to support individuals and smaller groups of children on a one to one basis with a variety of needs.

He\she will be able to work across all Key Stages and be flexible as needs change throughout the year.
