The Governing Body of Greatham Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a
highly motivated Deputy Head Teacher to join our dedicated, successful team. He/she will
be an inspirational teacher with proven leadership skills.

As our future Deputy Head Teacher you will:

Have an in depth understanding of teaching and learning, which you can
communicate to all colleagues
Be an outstanding teacher who is creative and innovative in your approach to
teaching and learning
Be inclusive in attitude with very high expectations of achievements and behaviour
Have a good understanding of school improvement and have the drive and initiative
to move the school forward
Have the proven ability to work successfully in partnerships with parents, staff,
governors and the parish community
Support the Headteacher in the school vision and act as a model for its values
