The Governors and Head Teacher of Falla Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the dedicated staff team.
We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic HLTA to deliver in class support, lead interventions and deliver whole class cover for PPA sessions.
The applicants should demonstrate that they:
Have knowledge and experience across Key Stage 1 and 2
Are able to support children with a variety of learning needs and demonstrate a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all children
Are able to work independently, leading the teaching in some sessions
Are able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
Have highly effective behaviour management skills and can support our children in their personal, social and emotional well-being
Have a willingness to take on responsibility and be accountable
