The Adults & Communities Directorate, consists of four strands, Adult Social Care, Community Development, Neighbourhoods and Public Health. The Recovery & Independence Team is part of the Well Being and Independence Services within the Adults and Communities Directorate and has been developed to offer;
1. Short Term reablement services to all appropriate adults requesting support with Activities of Daily living and Personal Care to enable them to return or remain in their own home as independently as possible.
2. Rapid response personal care support to prevent inappropriate emergency admissions to care homes or hospital at times of crisis and to support hospital discharges to prevent delays
The team covers the whole borough offering a service 7 days a week, from 7am to 10pm. This post holder would be required to work Monday to Friday, office hours and be based initially at Low Grange Health Village.
We are looking to recruit a permanent Senior Business Support Officer, duties will include: taking the lead for administrative duties, liaising with stakeholders, using Agresso to requisition, receipt and process invoices to ensure supplies are provided, support the Manager with reports, oversee the Business Support Assistants and Apprentice in their roles, ensure information is entered on casebook, ensure systems are in place for accurate data collection, supervisor the Business Support Officers; the analysis and presentation of data to health and social care stakeholders.
