Northumberland County Council are looking for a skilled individual to assist in the delivery of our IT Support Desk
The role will be predominantly working within the First Line Team, with an opportunity to work with other teams available. Applicants should have experience within the IT sector preferably with some of that time spent in a service desk environment. The job involves working with multiple stakeholders across many sites and exemplary soft skills are required. The successful candidate will join an established team within authority and will have access to colleagues who can assist where necessary
