LIVE LIFE WELL SUPPORT OFFICER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Live Life Well support officer to join the Public Health team within Sunderland City Council.
We are seeking an individual with drive and ambition who will play a key role in the coordination and ongoing development of the Live Life Well hub functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the public health team with programme management and providing effective, confidential advice and signposting support on a day to day basis.
