We are seeking a passionate and committed Learning Support Assistant who has experience of supporting children with SEND, to enable them to flourish and fulfil their true potential within a mainstream primary school setting. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results.

MAIN DUTIES:
•Work under the direction of our SEND lead, supporting children with SEND with their learning in classroom environments across school.
•Support children in small group activities (directed by the class teacher).
•Liaising regularly with class teachers, as well as being a friendly point of contact for parents.
•Helping children in their Social and Emotional development.

REQUIRED FROM YOU:
•A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), or experience working in a similar role.
•A passion and experience of supporting children with SEND.
•Motivation derived from seeing children make progress and thrive.
•High expectations of yourself, children and colleagues.
•To remain calm in testing situations and the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
