As an Assistant Contracts and Quality Officer within the Commissioning and Performance Management Team you will assist in effective contracting for the Department, and contribute to contract monitoring and service review.
You will have experience of performance monitoring, collating information and presenting the information in a variety of format as well as working with other individuals and organisations in a co-operative way.
You will have knowledge of reviewing service delivery and relevant concepts and principles within the service area (e.g. outcomes, value based provision, monitoring and developing quality standards).
You will be required to demonstrate good analytical skills, have effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to organise and plan work to meet timescales and deadlines.
You should be educated to A level or NVQ Level 3 in subjects relevant to the job (for example: health and social care, law, housing, or IT) or have a combination of formal off the job training plus relevant experience.
