The Academy has an immediate opening for a confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated Bridge Manager who will work closely with the SEND team, the Pastoral team, students and their families as well as outside agencies to improve inclusive provision for our learners.
The successful candidate will work closely the pastoral and SEND teams to provide effective leadership, in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Bridge provision for identified students so that their needs are met and lead to positive outcomes.
This post also requires a thorough understanding of using student data to implement effective intervention strategies and reporting in detail to the Senior Leadership team on their impact.
