The Role: Ostara Responder
At Ostara we provide a full range of services designed to assist people to continue to live in their own homes with comfort and reassurance of a Telecare system.
Based from our head office you will respond to emergency calls from Ostara customers who may have fallen, feel unwell or need reassurance.
Ostara has been helping people to remain at home knowing that help is at hand 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The Person:
You will have a caring and compassionate nature and the ability to work in a responsive service with great communication skills and an understanding of how Ostara can support independent living. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work unsocial hours.

References will be requested prior to interview for all roles requiring DBS clearance. The successful applicant will not commence in their role until satisfactory DBS clearance is obtained.
