Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust (NPCAT) is looking to attract the highest calibre of Support Staff who have a desire to work collaboratively across the range of divisions of NPCAT.

The School Sports Coaches will play an important role in ensuring we deliver on our aim of developing a world class school sport system by providing opportunities for competition, enrichment, physical activity and leadership for both primary and secondary pupils.

The successful candidate will:

• Increase the quality and range of sport and physical activity opportunities offered before school, during lunch and after school
• Deliver programmes designed to profile sport and motivate children and young people to get involved
• Coordinate and develop extended curricular opportunities for physical activity and school sport
• Deliver leadership and Gifted and Talented programmes for primary school children
• Hold a UKCC Coaching Qualification minimum Level 2
