First Class supply are looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work on various short term and long term assignments in schools in and around Northumberland.
Responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the teaching team to support the National Curriculum, planning and managing resources and raising standards in learning and delivering set lessons.
You will need to have a proven track record in a HLTA role, knowledge of Intervention strategies, experience of delivering lessons to Early Years, Key Stage One and key Stage Two pupils and be able to demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development.
