1 x 37hr temporary maternity leave cover until February 2022 subject to the return of the substantive postholder
VACANCY NO: AHS/21/312
Fulltime permanent and temporary Social Workers required in the Derwentside Locality Team to ensure that the social care needs of people are fully assessed under the Care Act and that services are delivered, monitored and reviewed in accordance with the agreed care plan. A sound knowledge and experience in Adult Social Care is required, along with good knowledge and experience of MCA.
Required qualifications: Professional qualification: Degree in SW, Dip SW, CSS or CQSW or equivalent, plus Social Work England registration.
