North Tyneside Council is looking for a highly motivated and customer focussed Stores and Waste Assistant within the Housing Property and Construction Service.
Experience of working in a warehouse environment and the ability to identify repair and construction products and materials would be advantageous but not essential as training would be provided.
The successful applicant will carry out a range of warehouse activities including physically lifting and carrying, working at height and operating a forklift truck (training would be provided).
If you meet these criteria and have good verbal and written communication skills, be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, as well as being competent in the use of IT systems and equipment, please apply.
