From 1st September 2021 we require, a Cover supervisor to support students across all year groups 7 – 13.
The successful candidate will undertake activities, as directed by the teacher, with whole classes, individuals or small groups of pupils. Manage pupil behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents in line with school policy. Monitor and evaluate pupils’ responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement against agreed, predetermined, learning objectives.
We are looking to help to mitigate the effects of teacher sickness and absence on children's education. We therefore require professional, flexible behaviour managers with a passion to work with children to provide them with long-term and short-term classroom cover.
