Childrens Joint Commissioning Services are recruiting to a children`s home within Hartlepool. Exmoor Grove is an Ofsted Outstanding Residential Home and Short Break Unit for children with disabilities. Children who come to Exmoor Grove have various disabilities including learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, Autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour.
The post holder will possess a passion in working with children and support them to develop skills enabling them to build a positive future. In addition you will be expected to display a strong team spirit, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work across internal departments and with external agencies.
The post holder will possess appropriate qualifications as listed in the person specification. You will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of continuous professional development.
This is a bank post therefore working hours will vary depending on the needs of the service.
