Due to the current postholder gaining external promotion we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative individual to lead the College Quality Enhancement Team. You will contribute to the operational management of the institution wide approach to quality enhancement and lead the implementation and function of quality assurance. The College is well resourced and has made significant investment in quality enhancement. You will implement the College’s Quality Enhancement strategies, working with curriculum colleagues to support them in ensuring there is a whole college approach to quality and to maintain the high-performance culture of continuous improvement.

With extensive experience in quality assurance and monitoring performance, you will use this expertise to enhance the quality of the College’s further education provision to ensure that we continue to perform to the highest standards.
