A requirement to work flexibly to a rota at different service locations within the borough of Redcar and Cleveland will be part of the role.

The Adults & Communities Directorate consists of four strands, Adult Social Care, Community Development, Public Health and Environment.. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Libraries and Customer Services function as part of a wider Adults and Communities Directorate.
We are recruiting to the following part time vacancy:
16hrs (The 16 hour position includes a permanent Saturday)
We are looking for a competent, self-motivated individual, with experience of working within front facing services, ideally within Libraries or Customer Service. The post holder will work within a large team providing telephony and face to face services in matters such as library services, generalist customer enquiries and revenues and benefits advice.
A requirement to work flexibly to a rota at different service locations within the borough of Redcar and Cleveland is a requirement of the role.
You will need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience and possess excellent communication skills. The role will also require a strong commitment to team working.
