As Workforce Development Assistant you will play a pivotal role in the administration of DLDS. Duties will include:
• Implementing and maintaining user accounts within DLDS
• Providing technical and administrative support for administrators and users of DLDS
• Utilising technology to improve processes and maximise learning
Key skills and experience:
• Excellent ICT skills including Excel
• Outstanding communication skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on problem solving and trouble shooting
• Qualified to level 2 in a relevant qualification
• Understanding of workforce development matters
This post is temporary for approximately one year from start date of appointment.
