An exiting opportunity to join the Performance and Transformation Team at Darlington. As a Performance Coordinator you will take lead responsibility for given areas of work, operating with a high degree of knowledge of the specialist area, managing and developing the performance management processes, working with a degree of autonomy to provide clear and considered analysis, taking ownership for production of reports, identifying the best medium to put the information across and engaging with others where required.
You will also manage a small team and should have line management and budget management experience.
