A vacancy arisen within the Construction section of Repairs and Construction Services for the role of Senior Estimator.

The role will require the successful candidate to provide estimating expertise to the Repairs and Construction Services (Construction) section which will include producing estimates, compilation and evaluation of tender documentation, managing contractual arrangements with subcontractors and manage the production of performance information linked to the relevant KPI’s and Measure Work Performance.

You will be expected to contribute to business priorities by delivering quality, consistent and value for money services through effective service and day to day business planning, partnership working and budget/performance management
