To develop the capacity of our SEND team Together for Children our SEND Team are currently recruiting for a SEND Data and Placement Officer, to support SEND Casework Officers and leaders within the SEND service.
The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills and a sound knowledge of collating data from Microsoft Excel as well as the ability to utilise bespoke information management systems. The ideal candidate will have sound numeracy skills and also a working knowledge of SEND, including the Code of Practice. The role will involve dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders so excellent communication skills are essential.
The position requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check.
The position is a politically restricted post as identified by Together for Children and in accordance with The Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (LGHA).
