Further Information
A Conveyancer is required within Legal Services for a period of two years to support the work of the Council's Housing Team. This post is part time working 18.5 hours per week.

Applicants should have substantial experience of undertaking a residential conveyancing caseload (both acquisitions and disposals) with minimal supervision.

Experience of commercial conveyancing would also beneficial. The post holder will provide property related advice to the Housing & Development and the Corporate Property & Land teams in an efficient and effective manner.
