We are looking to recruit a Senior Arborist to join our busy and expanding Environmental Services Arboricultural Team. As a fully qualified Senior Arborist you will be ready to lead a small team to carry out a full range of duties including aerial harness rescue, climbing and cutting work at height, large tree felling, platform lift work, making safe in the aftermath of storm & accidental damage, chipping, and tree safety inspections. The successful candidate will be suitably confidant and qualified to undertake a variety of Arboricultural operations using a range of equipment and machinery, including chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, and stump grinders etc.

Candidates will have a full UK driving licence, and there is a business desire for candidates to be licensed to drive vehicles weighing up to 7.5 tons and hold a valid CPC card, and be able to tow a chipper and/or other types of towed equipment. Candidates shortlisted for interviewing will be asked to submit a copy of their qualifications at the time of interview.
