Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for the practical instructing of students on Electrical Installation programmes from level 1 to level 3. Excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and passion for teaching with the ability to motivate and inspire students is essential. The post also supports the technician duties in the electrical installation workshops. This includes ordering materials and stock control along with general workshop duties as directed by staff.
This is an exciting time at New College Durham as we have invested £8.5milion in a new STEM centre and are the lead for the North East Institute of Technology and will be adding additional resources to support this. There has been high investment in new industry standard resources to support high quality teaching and learning, and this will continue at New College Durham.
