North Tyneside Council would like to hear from enthusiastic people with a can-do attitude who are eager to learn and develop.
As a Painting Apprentice you will develop skills, knowledge, and experience in all aspects of painting and decorating. The apprenticeship will cover a broad range of painting and decorating skills including preparing surfaces for paint and paper and undertake the decoration and protection of buildings.
This will be via on the job training and formal training sessions to gain knowledge and understanding to ensure that you attain the required skills, knowledge and experience to become a fully qualified painter.
Working within the Housing, Property and Construction Services of North Tyneside Council you will work across all areas of this service, providing support to both our tenants and residents.
You will work as part of an operational team assisting in the direct delivery of painting and decorating services across the borough.
This apprenticeship is fixed term for 36 months.
