North Tyneside Council Adaptations and Loan Equipment Service provides over 30,000 items of equipment each year, ranging from walking frames, profiling beds to one off specialist bespoke equipment. Enabling vulnerable residents to live independently and safely in their homes.
We are proud of the services we provide and are seeking to recruit a committed Equipment Technician who can work in our very busy team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can work on their own initiative, as well as being a good team player. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery, collection and servicing of equipment within our warehouse and out in the community – a full driving license is required. Good communications skills are essential.
