Consett Academy have an exciting opportunity for a CSW who will provide vital support to students with special educational needs. You will be responsible for a caseload of students who you will support and run interventions with to ensure they maximise and realise their potential.
The successful applicants will be high-quality CSW who are willing to go the extra mile for students. You should be compassionate and be able to deploy a wide range of interpersonal skills, together with a strong work ethic and creative thinking. It is essential you are able to work using your own initiative, under pressure to achieve quality work. You will be required to work flexibly according to the needs of the Academy.
