The Contact Centre and Customer Service Centres are the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and we are looking for customer focused individuals to join our team of telephony based and face to face advisors who are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. You will be responsible for taking ownership of queries ensuring a seamless journey for our customers aiming for first time resolution.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work under difficult circumstances in a calm and professional manner.
Your Homes Newcastle provides a wide range of services to people on behalf of Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting repairs, collecting money to elderly customers asking for help following a fall.

• Salary/Pay is £10 PH, with unsociable hours enhancements ranging from 33% to 83%, meaning up to £18.30 PH for some shifts.
Shift patterns available
• 1 x Mon 8-14:30, Tues 8:30-13:30, Weds 9-19:00, Thurs 08:30-18:30. (37 hours per week)
• 1 x Mon 9-19:00, Weds 9-19:00, Thurs 9-19:00, Fri 9-18:00. (30 hours per week)
• 1 x Mon, Tues, Weds 16:00-00:00 (26.25 hours per week)
• 1 x Mon, Tues, Weds 19:00- 00:00 (17.5 hours per week)
• 1 x Mon, Tues, Weds 6-11 (17.5 hours Per week)
