The role will undertake the operational Project management of Capital works projects for housing and non-housing capital investment works across all Gateshead Council’s stock portfolio.
The successful candidate will also act the Mechanical repairs and Servicing lead on all commercial mechanical assets.
You will be educated to HND level as a minimum and/or be working towards your degree and have experience of working within a busy operationally capital works department in a similar role. The proposed hours of the role are 37 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday. This is a full time permanent position
