Do you have the passion to make a difference in a local authority dedicated to driving the town forward?
We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Officer (12 month fixed term contract) to join the Council's experienced Communications and Marketing team at a particularly exciting time for the organisation as we continue to drive the town forward.
The successful candidate will be skilled in using modern methods of communicating and engaging with our audiences, particularly through digital methods.
The successful candidate will also be able to assist the Council's Graphic Designer in the creation of promotional materials.
With a relevant degree or experience, you will also need to have good interpersonal and writing skills, be creative and able to work on your own initiative.
