A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our high performing Operational HR Team supporting 90+ schools across Newcastle and surrounding areas. You will be working from home and the Civic Centre with occasional on-site visits to our clients as required. Providing general support to the Schools’ HR team, this is a varied and challenging role undertaking a wide range of HR duties including; policy research & benchmarking, absence analysis and case work, job design and evaluation, training design and delivery as well as providing guidance on employment practice.

To apply for this role, you will need to be confident, customer focused, able to communicate with a wide and varied audience, have a flexible approach to work, able to meet challenging deadlines and have strong written and oral skills with an ability to manipulate and research. This role would ideally suit someone wishing to explore a future career in HR.
