As a values-based organisation with clear and ambitious strategic aims, we are seeking to recruit a new post to support our journey to excellence.

Working within the QTLA department at our Bede Campus, Sunderland, the Quality Enhancement and Compliance Officer role will support the robust, timely and swift implementation of both quality enhancement and quality assurance processes. Through organizing and administering a raft of activities throughout the calendar year this role is crucial in supporting curriculum teams with outstanding, compliant, and successful quality assurance for a wide range of awarding organisations.

This post will ensure the collation and timely completion of awarding organisation visits, action plans, successfully co-ordinate the College’s surveys through our survey manager, support the QTLA managers and Associate Principal with quality enhancement activities. Monitor and track the notice to improve process and provide relevant data for reports, the role will also support the administration of the Pro-Observe system for tracking teaching, learning and assessment outcomes.

Working collaboratively with the Quality team and across the organisation, this role is pivotal in continuing to develop the colleges approach to Quality Enhancement and Assurance, therefore effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the confidence to use a range of systems such as ProSolution, ProMonitor, ProAchieve
