Required for 1 April 2022. The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior management experience.

Seaview Primary School is at the centre of a supportive community in Deneside, Seaham. We currently have 298 children on role and a 26 place FTE Nursery. The school has a welcoming, positive and inclusive atmosphere, with a focus on relationships, individual development, respect and high expectations.

Our new Headteacher will become part of a vibrant, forward-thinking, and talented team who is proud of the school and believes in the potential of every child who attends. There is a skilled and united senior leadership team in place. The staff at Seaview Primary School always go that extra mile for our children and families, who often need our support. Our Governors are very pro-active and fully involved in decision making within our school.

Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.
