The Role: Digital Inclusion Assistant. Fixed term for 12 months
Do you love the idea of helping to increase Digital Inclusion skills across the City? If you do, this role might be for you.
You will support the Digital Inclusion Programme Coordinator by delivering excellent person-centred Digital Inclusion training to Newcastle residents to meet funding targets. As part of the team, you will also provide support to customers via a Digital Inclusion support hub.
The person: You will be enthusiastic; customer focussed and have experience of developing basic digital skills and getting online courses. We are looking for someone who can passionately deliver basic training on the use of online platforms to adults who may have no previous experience of digital systems.
