John Spence is a popular and successful school, serving students from the North Shields area of North Tyneside. We wish to appoint a Midday Supervisor to complement our Lunchtime Supervision Team.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can demonstrate patience and empathy in dealing with pupils and possesses excellent people skills. The main duties will be the supervision of the pupils in the dining hall, and will include ancillary associated duties (for example, cleaning up spillages, ensuring tables are clean etc.) to ensure the maintenance of good order and discipline.

The working pattern is Monday – Friday 1pm-2.15pm (Approximately 1hr 15 mins per day)
