As ASYE/KSS Practice Lead you will lead our innovative ASYE programme, linking with our Darlington Academy Coordinator and teams across both Children and Adults Services. Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, you will also be responsible for the development of our ASYE Social Workers across the directorate. You will work collaboratively with Service Managers, Advanced/Senior Practitioners, multi-agency partners and staff at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of the ASYE programme in Darlington.
You will champion excellent relational practice and strength-based approaches, leading on KSS across teams and services, ensuring high standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be a qualified social worker and practice educator, with the ability to motivate and develop people.
You will be fully committed to work with us and embark on the next phase of our improvement journey and build upon the progress made across the whole directorate. You will represent Darlington locally, regionally and nationally at designated groups and boards.
Closing date is 8th September 2021, it is proposed that interviews will take place over 2 days during week commencing 13th September 2021.
