Help us to provide a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse perspective within the multi-agency Youth Justice Service and contribute to the support of vulnerable children and young people across Hartlepool.
Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated SCPHN to work as part of the multidisciplinary team; to provide a clinically effective, high quality service to the local school aged population.
As part of the team you will deliver group based health promotion interventions and undertake health needs assessments and individual work with our most vulnerable young people and their families to address their needs.
You will provide supervision, training and support to colleagues within the Youth Justice Service and in health and Social Care and with the support of the safeguarding lead disseminate training on recent safeguarding research and lessons learnt.
