We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Asset Management team as an Environmental Officer. Due to some exciting changes to the team’s structure, this role will be critical to the development of our environmental agenda, systems, investment and the long term sustainability of our assets.

We are passionate about delivering high quality services and strive to deliver improved quality of life, improve the appearance of our estates, through the effective maintenance, refurbishment and regeneration of our assets.

So what are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to effectively assist in the development of carbon reduction initiatives, energy investment programmes and where possible secure external funding for sustainability projects whilst demonstrating a passion for excellent service delivery.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in carbon reduction activities, have a good knowledge of environmental management systems and standards, have high quality organisation and time management skills whilst demonstrating the ability to analyse data and contribute to service improvement.
