EARLY YEARS LUNCHTIME CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR 6.25 Hours
TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT LINKED TO SEND/CHILDCARE FUNDING
This is a dual post where the successful candidate will support in Y6 on a morning and support Nursery 30 hour pupils over their lunchtime period.
Required ASAP
Y6 Teaching Assistant Band 6 points 6-7 @ 15 hours per week
AND
Lunchtime Childcare Supervisor Band 5 point 5 for 6.25 hours per week
Total 21.25 hours per week term time only
Required a soon as possible an experienced part-time Teaching Assistant to work in Year 6 on a morning and support our 30 hour Nursery children over lunchtime in the lunch hall and the Early Years outdoor setting, alongside other members of the early years team.
Applicants should possess relevant teaching assistant qualifications or equivalent, a high level of basic skills and be able to work as part of a team. They should also be prepared to support children within the classroom and work with groups or individual children with additional needs, as required.
Applicants should:
• be highly motivated, forward thinking and committed to high quality curriculum provision in a caring Christian ethos.
• have a high standard of spoken and written English.
• be able to demonstrate sensitivity whilst working with others and have good interpersonal skills.
• be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom.
