An opportunity has arisen for a Travel Planning Assistant required until 31 March 2023.

The post holder will assist the Accessibility Planning Officer to develop, implement and monitor travel plans for Durham County Council employment sites to support and encourage more sustainable travel with the aim to reduce the use of the private car for commuting and business.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject together with having experience of travel planning, including public transport, walking and cycling.

Interviews are scheduled to take place via Microsoft Teams on a date to be confirmed.
