Service Improvement Support Officer

1 x 37 hours temporary until 31/3/22 subject to the return of the substantive postholder

Salary: £31,346 - £34,728 p.a. i.e. Grade 10

VACANCY NO: AHS/21/509 EXT

We currently have a temporary vacancy for a Service Improvement Support Officer within the AHS Development and Learning Team.

The purpose of the post is to provide support for the effective co-ordination of the work of the Development and Learning Team across a wide range of diverse functions.

The successful candidate will ensure:
*that all relevant policies and procedures for the service are developed and in place, working with a range of officers within the Service and the wider Council.

*the support of the delivery of the governance functions within the Service.

*the analysis of appropriate workforce data and monitoring of compliance to the learning and development programmes to measure and track service performance and produce management reports to update on progress.

*the support in the delivery of the work aligned to the annual quality schedule such as audits, business process reviews and self assessments, as required.

*the support in the effective management of the complaints function carried out within the team on behalf of the Service, working with partners as required.

Required Qualifications: Qualified to degree level or equivalent

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 4th October, 2021. ( via teams video)
