The governors of our friendly, inclusive and high-achieving school are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join the Key Stage 2 team. You will also support teachers with resources, planning and creating a highly stimulating learning environment which provides rich, varied and imaginative experiences. This will be achieved through small group work and by providing in-class support.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or above.

• A solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and ethos
• High expectations of children’s learning and behaviour
• Excellent classroom practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lead and work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Energy, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
• A commitment to work in close partnership with parents and carers
