VACANCY NO: RES/21/520

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work with colleagues across the Progression Team undertaking a range of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for data input within tight deadlines into relevant databases and systems including SharePoint, Synergy and IYSS, monitoring and responding to queries directed into dedicated mailboxes, updating client information, making referrals to appropriate colleagues and minute taking .

They will be responsible for making and receiving high volumes of telephone calls to young people and/or their parents or Carers to gather information and making decisions about the responses required and responding to ad-hoc tasks from internal and external colleagues in a timely and professional manner through written, verbal or electronic means.

Qualifications: 4 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) or equivalent including English Language
